My favorite 5
I have gone from over 200 watches down to these core 5 that get all the wrist time. I very well could be a diver away from taking a nice long break as a collector but continuing my enthusiasm for the hobby. That’s the story at least 😂

I love having lots of watches from which to choose and don't think I could ever do what you did, even though it would help my wallet. Just can't. But congratulations on paring your collection down to those fine 5. 👍

Good job! That’s a great 5 watch collection. If you shall ad a 6th I say a dress watch. But a diver would fit in just fine as well, if that is what you eventually are going for.

The older I get the less encumbered I find I need my life to be. Applying the down-sizing ethos to one's life can be extremely "freeing" as one embraces middle-age 👍

That's a great top 5. The speedy and Explorer ll are classic but I'm really liking the Omega GMT. I like white dials. Well congrats for efforts with or without the diver.

It’s been awesome- I’m a huge Casio fan and this watch scratches that itch well - very solid construction. The bracelet want great for arm hair so input it on a ridiculously expensive strap but I sure love how it wears and feels

I've sold a couple, but still have a lot of anxiety around it. Did you sell online through eBay or Chrono24 or something of the like?
Most of my collection was very affordable so primarily eBay , one on chrono 24 ( my vintage Rolex )
