I've got the 40mm Rotary Ocean Avenger running on a Miyota Quartz movement. Doesn't check all your boxes but it's around $100 and is a vintage dive style watch.
Wow! Good custom build... and with the 4R movement and Sapphire crystal, it's ahead of the skx013 now. I have the skx021, 37-38mm running the 7s26 and 100m wr.
Ah yes the modern 5KX. Nice looking sun burst orange. Have been looking to get one but so many colourways to choose from.
