On the left is a custom built skx made entirely from aftermarket parts. The middle orange colored watch is a genuine skx011. On the right is the Ratio Freediver, a skx homage with a cyclops.
Ah yes the modern 5KX. Nice looking sun burst orange. Have been looking to get one but so many colourways to choose from.
If you look closely, you’ll notice it isn’t a stock 5KX. I transplanted the dial, hands, movement, and caseback onto an SKX013 clone case complete with sapphire and a screw down crown. Has an OEM SKX013 lumed insert. Lastly, it has an OEM Seiko semi-milled clasp with a wetsuit extension. In short, it went from a diver style watch to a true 200m diver.
Wow! Good custom build... and with the 4R movement and Sapphire crystal, it's ahead of the skx013 now. I have the skx021, 37-38mm running the 7s26 and 100m wr.

I like the white dial. Even has a crown at the 3, which is uncommon for Seiko. Thx 🙏

Full disclosure: Not a big SKX fan. But I always liked the seldom seen orange one, and was delighted when the newer Seiko 5 came out with almost the exact same dial. As shown in the photo of your 011, Seiko was wise not to change this look. I bought an orange dial SRPD59 for $180.

Very nice!
My custom built SKX has that "It" factor.
Oh yes! Very cool.

Very nicely done! Like the bezel insert and chapter ring combi.
My Oem supermod:
Woohoo...vintage look

Classic black and the ever popular pepsi! Great!
