There are lots of watches out there with erotic decorations, and some even have complications that make "interesting movements" - if you know what I mean. They can be enormously expensive and some people spend a lot of money to collect them.
Modern articles about them are pretty judgemental and can never look objectively at some that are serious works of art. I happen to think that while our society has become way more permissive, watch journalists have become more and more straight-laced and prudish. Shame really, because they're missing out on some of the more interesting branches of watchmaking. If I had the money, I would probably have a few pieces like that.
Swatch had one available some years ago with rabbits called the Bunnysutra.
