Price is obviously the most important factor when deciding to buy a watch or not but I would never advise settling for something similar when you have a specific desire. Better to save up or find somewhere you can get a payment plan (that works for you) because so often people settle for a watch near what they want but still desire the original and end up either unsatisfied or still buying the original desire later down the road
My hour chrono didn’t work out the box. I’m in the US but my state doesn’t have a Swatch boutique and even tho it’s no big deal to not have a fully functional chronograph it feels *broken* to me and I don’t wear it as a result
I don’t know man... I mean how far are you wanting to take this? Why would anyone drive a Bentley when you can drive a Hyundai? Why buy bespoke tailored clothing from a designer brand when you can get off the rack clothing from Walmart? My point I suppose if that is your attitude towards all those things then you have no reason to buy a watch like a Tudor when you can get a Casio. Those watches are very different to me so them sorta having a similar look does not make them comparable in my eyes.
