But I bought the Baltic Aquascaphe a few years ago and am seeing Baltic’s pricing ticking up and they might be reaching a point where they bump up against some tough competition. Especially after shipping and duties are involved.

True. I suspect that they will try to find a comfortable position just below the really expensive’ mark and own it. Just a thought.
They look great to be honest. I agree with the comment on the recessed crown. Unless you’re wearing the thing everyday that’s going to be a nuisance to wind and set.
It felt great in person, the standard range. The matched straps work really well on the burgundy and cream.
I'm not a snob......and I guess starting the sentence like that might mean I am 😂 but I am not a fan of miyota movements but this watch has been tempting me.
I gotta say, Baltic makes some very tempting watches and they seem to be just keeping it up. Though I do agree with the observation that the white dial needs black hands.
I like them ok, but the dial looks and fits better on the Straums that they were originally made for. This is a copy of those dials (especially the silver), but stuck in a different kind of watch.
And I'm not really convinced that these dials match Baltic's aesthetic. They're distinctly non-vintage, and much sportier than anything Baltic has done, this case included.

What do you think of the price point of the regular models, are they worth it ? I mean they are not particularly cheap or affordable but I do like their design.

So I have/had 30 watches all in the <$1000 price point. My favorite brand (and the most $$) are my Direnzo watches.
There’s something truly gorgeous about the Hermetique. The domed sapphire, the Lume indices, and even the Miyota which feels very smooth. And I think for a small watch it wears beautifully, on any strap.
Not the best value proposition perhaps, but I think they have earned that price in my book (at least for the base model). Oh I have fat fingers (I wear XL gloves), but that crown is NOT as had to operate as people who never had one claim it to be. ✌️

I do like them.

That white one needed black hands!!!
Not a fan of the sunken crown, otherwise very nice
Interesting, I got much more anordain vibes here.

Dressy dial and case with old school rubber dive strap WTF 🤦🏻♂️
They look amazing. Baltic doesn't miss, imo.

Very nice but too small for my taste and my big wrist. 😉
Very nice, something different, just don't like the "missing" crown.
Meh…the white dial washes out the hands
Will highly recommend the regular model. 👌
I don't get it myself, not a brand that does anything for me TBH, just another microbrand.
Those are really nice pieces for sure!
I'll add that an Australian company is building something similar, though not with a wavy dial like these Baltics.
I must admit I find the white dial quite tempting
Love the dial and handset. Dislike the case design.

Yes, I think you have a very good point! 🎯
I follow Balic for some time and when a saw this model I gave them a call and talked the watch. Long story short I ordered the black one.
Will put it one a darkblue NATO
Will highly recommend the regular model. 👌

I have been eyeing the Baltic Divers for a while but never pulled the trigger and one of the reasons was the price. But I felt this model was different https://www.watchcrunch.com/sam_kula/posts/hermetique-3d-indices-318829

Yep!
I’m a fan but the only thing I don’t like is the recessed crown. I wish #baltic had chosen to go with a bigger, easier to manipulate crown
Sounds good! Make sure you show us when you’re ready 😃

Cool! Looks remarkable. Like a dark choppy sea.
