It's probably just a BB54, but the magazine did a typo. My theory anyway and I'm sticking with it.

Agreed. Can't say I'm a fan of either, but I find the gilt bezel to be a better match with the gilt dial than plain white.

I’m no expert but the size of the crown compared to the case may give us a clue on whether this is actually a 54 or 58.
