You could get the C63 Sealander GMT for the same money as the Sinn. Or even the 12. But I would still go for the C63 Auto over the Sinn. It's the best GADA south of an Aqua Terra IMO.
I would go the Sealander but in 39mm. Currently on my wish list.
Both work in my opinion. The Sinn says your more of a ยซย creativeย ยป is all. Having said that I am wearing a CW C63 in 36mm black dial as I type this. :|
I think quality is a wash between the two - just down to whether you are attracted to printed or applied indices. I think the CW reads as slightly "blingier." Sinn has more heritage to their story if you care about that.
I have a 556i and a Sealander. Out of the two I prefer the 556. However the bracelet with quick release spring bars and on the fly micro adjust clasp is much better than the Sinn offering.
Hello crunshers, thank you for the huge traffic and your engagement on this one. Over 400 votes(!) helped me a lot and your comments gave me more insights. ๐
I ordered the Sinn 556i RS and will update you as soon as it arrives ๐

CW, because it's dressier. A true GADAW.
Sealander in 39mm
More versatile.
Do love the Sinn tho ๐คฉ
Edit: CW 39mm is an option too!
Sinn Sinn Sinn all the way!
Not influenced at all
Neither! Just too small. ๐
I love both watches, but the CW represents better value for money. I own the C63 GMT 39mm, and it's quite faultless
Christopher ward is better made.

I love Simon, but date at 3 kills it for me. Date at 6 looks much better (no date is king tho)
CW all day! Having said that the Sinn is a great watch.
Go off the beaten path, grab an ice hardened damasko :)
I think that both watches will be equally as versatile, I know the Sinn certainly is;
I'm biased...
Sealander in 39mm, or the size that you feel comfy on your wrist mate. ๐
I think the Sinn looks way better I just hate the name of the company and the logo. My very American brain really needs it to be a Z
