Pretty much ALL my watches put a smile on my face and bring me joy, because when I wear them I remember the reason/occasions when/why I purchased them, birthdays, anniversaries, vacations, etc. Makes the watch more special and harder to get rid of. Also makes it difficult to pick just one to wear, hence the reason why I swap them out multiple times a day 😅
Part of the journey of watch collecting, your tastes change, finances change, new improved nicer versions of your current watch come out/bad timing, or you find something you like even more, etc. Now, I take my time between purchases, do my research, and wait to see if the watch I want is just a crush or true love. No more impulse or hype buys. Tough learning experience, but I'll bet you won't be making that mistake again 💪
This is my limit, Tudor BB Bronze, 43mm diameter, 53mm lug to lug, 14mm thick and 23mm lug width, also on a 6.5" wrist. I like them on the bigger side 😁
