Do you have a nonsensical watch superstition? I do❗️

I beleive if I’m wearing a watch that’s keeping +/-2 a day or better then if I take that watch off for longer than a hot shower it won’t keep time as well when I put it back on. This makes no sense I will admit that and it is not based on any scientific studies or theories, I just happen to know it’s true 😂😂😂

What are your silly watch related superstitions if you have any?

Does wearing a moon phase on new and full moons count?

·

I have this weird feeling that if I keep buying new watches, I'll lose all my money. Not sure what that's about 🤷‍♂️

·

Not superstitious in that sense but I wear my Rolex DJ for any special occasion or for situations I need a bit of luck.

Definitely!

I’m not superstitious. But somehow I always seem to be more punctual when I wear a watch.

One of my watches is unlucky. Recently I started wearing it and the bad luck started again. I know it's superstition, but I can't shake the feeling.

I’m sure that feeling is nothing to worry about. They say worry is unhealthy. Keep buying watches 😂

It could be… 🌈

I wear my rarest watch during major exams.😂

In my head If a watch is running fast it makes the day shorter. If running slow it makes the day longer. 🤔

I have just the opposite. I think I have good luck when wearing a specific watch. My Glycine Airman... I don't know if is just coincidence but for sure it is weird.

You might be onto something. My Seamaster will gain 3 seconds a day if I take it off at night. If I keep it on while I sleep it runs damn near close to 0 seconds.
