What's the worst logo (on the dial)?
Share your opions! Maybe this might end up as a poll 📈?
I personally hate the modern Tissot logo. It was one of the reasons I got rid of my PRX. They got another logo they could use or they could use one of the good ones from yesteryears, but instead they just print TISSOT 1853 in the worlds most boring font.

Not counting the horrible Ali and wish brands, many of which are down right offensive, my vote would be any logo Christopher Ward has tried.
Wait, you got rid of a watch because of a logo? A logo that’s not even on the watch itself? Huh.
There are ton of mushroom brands with horrid logos and names, but as for mainstream watches.....Orient.
I prefer the old Breitling logo over the new one.

Doesn’t bother me, but I understand why I hear it a lot: The Islander Logo really gets tons of hate for the over-simplification and the “watch on a watch” laziness.
I haven’t found a logo that offends me, let alone annoys me. It’s someone’s personal choice for recognizing their hard earned business, who am i to judge how they want to represent their fascia.
Unless someone decided to use this logo:

TISSOT 1853 is the logo.. They have the T+ logo wich is better but is not the one on the dial. The watch was a bit too big also 😊

Fair points.. But I actually got the watch. But the logo and writing on the dial is part of the design and I just didn't like it. I don't mind someone else LOVING it 😍 Good for them 💪

Logos I don’t mind. What really grinds my gears is all the other damned writing they think they have to put on the bottom.

Love my "new" watch and that's one of the reasons! Simple. It says "quartz" in the bottom portion, but that was an actual noveltie at the time.

Logos and names in general can be make-break things for my when making a decision. Its funny your example of the Tissot is what you shared - I don’t honest mind the PRX, I just wish they’d get rid of the 1853... for me personally it’s non-essential and does the exact opposite of what they are trying to achieve. I think one of the the more successful recent rebranding stories is Formex - I think it’s taken their identity to another level. 🤙

Oh, I kinda like the squale logo. I just think they need to choose either the fish logo or the text crown one. We don't need squale on the dial twice.

They're all bad but I just wish they would choose one and stick with it. At some point I think it could eventually become charming.

I don’t get the hate on the Orient logo, they’ve had it since the early 60s. Now Seiko… they need to get back to their original logo from the 1920s. Below is their logo on my circa 1925 Seiko wall clock, the ‘S’ within a diamond scribed into a circle.
