Here is my Collection:
- Seiko Marine Master 300m, SBBN035 aka "The Ninja Tuna". Wonderful over engineered toolwatch and a stunning double domes crystal that really makes the watch. Heavy duty quartz movement that's made especially for this watch. I need a yellow rubberstrap w/black hardware for this one.
- Casio G-Shock GMW-B5000RD-4ER w/ Jays & Kays adapters and a dark grey Zuludiver nato. Perfect strap, I don't see that one getting swapped anytime soon. I also considering seeing if bullbars will be cool ๐ค The atomic time is a nice bonus for setting my other watches.
- Vintage Omega Quartz,196.0121. Very cool C-Shaped case and a STUNNING silver/champagne dial w/ vertical brushing ๐Love it on the green (fake) gator strap and I can't see it on anything else. There is tinytiny hair stuck under the logo on the dial after I had it serviced... I need to have that removed, but all the other dings and patina is perfect to me โฅ๏ธ I even got a brand spanking new (old) spare movement for future maintenance.ย
- Tudor Black Bay 36, 79500-0004. This is a 2018 model with a ETA. This is my only mech/auto and that is perfect since this probably will be my everyday watch. The lack of date complication haven't been a issue so far. Very clean design and the way the brushed steel and blue dial changes in different light makes it feel like I'm wearing completely different watches through the day. This one will stay on the bracelet but I might get a light brown leather strap that fits my suit.
My collection got a lot of variation in sizes, colors, shapes, straps, complications, movements, personalities and from different brands. I think that this will help keeping me content with my collection even though it's just 4 watches.ย
I'm done โบ๏ธ
Nice variation in your collection for the coming years.๐๐
Great selection! Where's the watch bag from?

Thanks, let's hope they do the trick โบ๏ธ

Thanks!!
Geckota. They have been my favorite strap provider for years, so it felt like a safe choice. Good quality box ๐
congrats mate. I wish I had your, self-control. Love the Vintage Omega = class ๐
The Omega is the looker here. That hair would drive me nuts, couldn't detect it in the photo though.
Fabulous small collection! I say small with some envy as I have only been collecting a year and have four times as many! Mine are all to a budget. All of your watches are lovely. The seiko is my favourite!

Might be my favorite of the bunch! Not very practical with zero lume or WR. But it's very legible, got a date and us surprisingly tough. Droppd it in tiles in bathroom by accident. It didn't seem to mind ๐

I can only spot it from certian agles.. But I sometimes see it when I play with the dial in the light. And I do it alot because when it hits right:
Should be a cheap and fast fix at my local watchmaker, so no biggie โบ๏ธ

You sure?
You sure?
That was the plan or approximately. If any of you guys gives me a hard time for buying a retirement watch or something in a couple of decades, I'm gonna be pissed ๐

I understand a little, I put myself on a spending freeze indefinitely, but to say never again? hats off to you on that.
Nurse Ratchet, RIP...
One must first join the dark side
That dome tastic ninja looks amazing, ย and even got the kanji date wheel! ๐

Yes ๐
Good diverse collection. ย That Omega is a looker, and it wouldnโt have occurred to me to put it on a bright green band, but it works.
I was a three-watch guy for a long time, but brought two more older watches back into service in the last year, and have a strong urge to bring a beautiful but dead Tissot to my watchmaker to see what he can do with it. ย
Fantastic collection, love the C-case Omega. ๐

Thanks ๐ Yeah, I thought maybe it would be boring on a brown strap and black is out of the question.
Tissot? Pictures?ย
C'mon, can it ever be truly done? ย Ok I can see keeping the collection to only four pieces, but over time you may want to get rid of one get another, no?
I wish you nothing but peace and happiness with your collection!ย

Solid gold case with a quartz movement that ate batteries for breakfast and finally died. ย Sent it in for repair and Tissot said it was irreparable. ย My watchmaker said that Tissot used some odd movement sizes and that size is probably out of production but he would see what he could do.
A nice concise collection that shows you're not as mad as some of us! ๐๐
What is this 'mad' thing you talk about? What's the power reserve? The accuracy? Is it quartz or automatic? Inquiring minds wants to know.
๐
great set

You might need to hunt down a spare movement ๐ค

Well, of course ๐ It would be piontless if not. Than it would be like a non-smoker saying he is gonna quit smoking.
I wish you nothing but peace and happiness with your collection!ย
Thanks ๐ช Hard to say how I'll feel in the future, but feel like a sound decision.
