Nivada Grenchen offers a lot of vintage designs harking back to the 1950s and 1960s. The Nivada Grenchen Spider is a superb 1950s dress watch design and the new Antartic is a 1950s field watch
Additionally, Archimede's 1950s range would fit the bill. Four variants are offered and each with a unique look from the period.
What do you guys think, is the show good enough to subscribe for Prime only to watch it ? Not much other stuff on Prime that interests me, but I have to say I appreciate a good Scifi apocalypse show with that 50s/60s aesthetics 😄.

I'd say subscribe and then binge watch other shows that may be of interest. I feel like streaming is getting out of hand to the point where we've just circled back to basically having cable again since every platform has some "must see" show.

Ha! Some of my good old watch friends were just talking about this…
Ck out fallout Laco!! @AllTheWatches 😉…
The Hamilton Ventura comes to mind for it's atomic/jet age aesthetics
Lorier Astra? They list some of the references that inspired this model from around that time period.
Need to watch, this love the games

I mean, it is the logical pick.
Given the show went with a mid century vibe, there are two modern picks, after the actual video game watch @Ichibunz posted:
Check out the watches from #marathon I believe they still issue pieces with Tritium lume. https://nl.marathonwatch.com/collections/36mm-sar-watches/products/search-rescue-medium-divers-automatic?variant=42358324199611
I would rock a pip boy! 😂

😀 Yes...youngest is almost done with HS
A little different than the standard "watch" but definitely in theme. Google "Dixie tube" watch and you'll see a lot of variations of this style.

That's Nixie tube.
they filmed some of it by my house... they used the same gas station as John Wick and a bunch of other things
😂
These, maybe?

Came here to say this. You beat me to it. These are perfect.
The Mido TV Big Date does a pretty good job too. Maybe not the test screen version but one the other variations.

A Vostok Komandierskie would fit the bill for the opposing side. Or maybe one of those Chinese military style "Seagulls" or whatever they're called.
Glycine Airman DC-4. Perfect '50s/60s vibes, especially on a beads of rice bracelet.
