Looking for an everyday simple/clean dial with sapphire, good AR coating, on a jubilee bracelet that is 39-43mm. Many in this category are too small for me at 36/37/38mm or “loud” dials. Any help would be appreciated!
Buy the watch you want first and foremost and look for an aftermarket Jubilee bracelet with compatible end links to complete it if it doesn't come with one. There are plenty of third party websites making good quality bracelets for a large selection of brands. Worst case scenario you can always fit hollow end links to the case.

I’d say that Vaer is a prime candidate right there! Vaer are solid offerings across a range of features and prices.
Take a look at the Henry Archer Vesterhav (40mm and 200m WR). It comes on an oyster style but they do have additional bracelets to purchase:

I’m loving my #vaer - it’s solid and looks great.
Erebus has three new plain enamel dials options for pre-order.
If you want something right now, the Vaer you posted is a great option.

Im hoping erebus maks a second edition.. everything on the dial is angular expect the second hand blob.. maybe im just picky haha
Traska Freediver is very clean despite the diver bezel. Oyster though. Nodus Retrospect at 42mm is another.
Christopher Ward C63 is a 39mm with several plain dials, brushed bezel and jubilee option (consort).
Previously that Vaer came in black but the blue is a solidly plain beast also.
