Ill make this short and sweet, potentially thinking of a new strap or mesh bracelet for my Omega Aqua Terra. I have worn this watch for a year straight with no changes, maybe thinking of switching it up. Id love to hear suggestions, or even someone telling me to sod off and keep it on the bracelet ๐๐
No cheap stuff, Not putting a $10 strap on an Omega!

The Staib mesh strap looks great on my Seamaster but not so convincing on my Aqua Terra;
Brown Horween strap?
Would look great on a brown leather.

I love the mesh on my AQ.
OEM grey leather is a beaut on my AT ( to me at least ). But Iโve also worn it on mesh which I like as well. Both show off the case shape well

Yeah, that part I didnโt love.
I ordered the OEM rubber strap for my AT. That was almost $800 too ๐คฎ๐ญ
There is a company called Hirsch that has waterproof leather straps in their portfolio! That might be an Aqua Terra thing to do! ๐
Brown Horween strap?
Which one? Horween is a brand that makes a bunch of different leather types, not a type of leather.
Forstner Bands has good metal alternatives for these (bullet, Jubilee, etc).
I like Molequin, Delugs, and Veblenist for good leather and suede options here too. A nice grey or tan would look amazing.

New strap - feels like a new watch - I like rubber straps to mix it up a bit and theyโre great for summer
Think im going with a grey oem rubber and grey oem leather!

I know they charge a lot but you canโt beat the quality and also the slight bolstering really makes it suit the watch head.

I went with the black OEM rubber strap and added the Omega deployant clasp - itโs not a cheap addition but looks great I think
No. I'll keep it as it is. Already looks great.
So helpful- just got the exact same AT and considering diff leather options. Agree with brown horween with minimal stitching. Will post pic once on
This one looks good on it.

Ahh that shades bracelet looks excellent
This is no AT but Artem makes some fantastic straps. They have an omega style straps that can go with an oem deployant clasp!

That looks incredible!
Put it on an Artem sailcloth. You wonโt be disappointed.
If they functionally work for you, my two bits are on straps. Here are two of my Omega's with VGreen straps. Cost? $100 - 140.00. AND, you'll need the deployment clasp.
The brown on the one is really rich. The other is a matte black finish. Love them both.
To me, they add so much character to the piece.

See, thats what im looking for. The straps fit the aesthetics of the watch and dont lessen, but enrich the look. Thanks for sharing, ill check VGreen out!
