A friend of mine has a watch with the sapphire crystal that slid on concrete. It looks worse than a heavily abused acryl.
Concrete can definitely scratch sapphire. And polywatch can’t fix it.
Most of my watches have sapphire crystals, I’ve yet to scratch one. Though my brother managed to scratch sapphire whilst sliding up a gravel road at 30km/h.
I have scratched mineral crystal quite a bit though.

I like mineral less and less. It's an OK budget option, but it's easy to scratch and Polywatch doesn't fix it either. Before, I thought it had the best of both worlds, now I think it has the worst of both worlds.
I have 2 kids (4 and 6) with one on the way; I've found my G-Shocks (thank god) in the toilet, random Seiko's in backpacks on their way to school...the watch box is now safely out of even my reach.
I never worry about my watches. I maybe should think more about what I’m wearing when I’m working in the yard or garage. Sometimes I look down and think “crap, where’d that scratch come from?”. I figure watches are made to be worn and used and loved!
Depends on what I'm wearing. 😉 All of the above and anything in between if it's a watch that can get easily scratched. Then there's ones that are more bang resistant like watches with ceramic bezels or ADLC coatings; those I'm more freaked out on the intensity of the bang. 😆 If I'm wearing my G-Shock I have no fear! 🤡
Got my first automatic watch Invicta pro diver and gave it to a friend to have a look he was wearing some huge ass rings and scratched the glass immediately 🥺
But anyways that was going to happen sooner or later it just happened within 3 days of me receiving the watch...

That’s why lume is essential.
Scratchy brick walls and tarmac. Otherwise I’m chill. Haha.
My watches all have battle scars, it’s part of the experience.
My watches seem to be attracted to door knobs.
I can avoid inanimate objects. It’s the unpredictable children, animals, and people that bring chaos.
Seatbelt buckles are underrated threats! I’ve scratched up tons of watches accidentally by just taking off my seatbelt 😑

Doorframes, door handles, and corners are unpredictable.
Tables are guaranteed to scratch the clasp, so I don't fear them. I count on them.

You forgot to cross out the secret 'attraction to knobs, doors or otherwise' option when purchasing your watches, I think.

Had to go with door frames because there was no “getting mugged” option 😅
E. I forget to put my watch on.

Oh god, how will my solar watch recharge?! 😱
When I aggravate my wife, she tries to bite the dog.
Have dinged up a few via both doorframe and table. But you get used to it and it stops being a fear. Nastiest is dropping a watch
Mine goes up to z 🙄😂😬
