I took a long while to pick my tritium watch and I am glad I did. I ended up with a GWS Pro. Cheap, but out specs many other tritium watches which cost much more, fits under a shirt cuff easy enough also. I've used it for night shift and days in the office. Excuse the terrible photo.

I need one of these l there is something about that whole design.
I get more comments about my fossil Quartz Chronographs than anything else, I guess they are shiny and have more 'spinny things'. I notice people's watches though, I asked a chap about his dirty dozen watch the other day and his face lit up.
