I’m not a car guy so when I see Jeremy Clarkson’s name pop up, the only things I immediately think about are reaction memes, and the apology the BBC had to issue over Top Gear’s lazy jokes about Mexico and Mexicans.
A joke about another ethnicity in a post referencing Clarkson just about had me distracted-scrolling till I saw a white G-Shock.
I live in NYC too and had no idea about them. Every time I see the name mentioned here, I subconsciously think of L'Oreal and move on. 😅
Digital watches aside, I have about an equal split between quartz and automatic.
I love being able to just put on my Casio Duro and head out. But I also love my automatics constantly charging. And I also love my only mechanical so far, a Red Star from LI Watches.
They all have different experiences when I put one on every morning, and that’s half the fun for me.
