100% yikes. It’s mind numbing the tiny decisions manufactures make that are just one step too far. I hate when the number of hours of power reserve is listed on the dial. Like I wouldn’t know that before buying the watch, and only need to absorb that information once in my whole lifetime. Nope, got to read it every day. 😆🤙

The old generation 38.5mm Aqua Terra. Often referred to as the “Skyfall.” I just love the size, framed date window, fully brushed bracelet, and the fact that this size used to house the movement 8500 with double barrels and jumping local hour. It’s a perfect watch to me. One day I’ll just have to bite the bullet and drop the $6k to snag a great example; the $5k you offered us would come in pretty handy right now. 😆🤙

Noooooo!!! Hahah. I have so much trouble narrowing down my top choice, especially when it comes to GS. I’m between the SBGJ259 and SBGE285. Nicknamed the “Urban Bamboo” and the “Mistflake”. The bamboo is in the lead, for now!

I’m saving to buy my first Grand Seiko. Other than that I have a couple of watches due for service. My issue is minor impulse purchases on non-watch related things throughout the year; a couple hundred here and there can really slow you down. I’m starting a third savings account entirely dedicated to my watch purchases 💪
