If you had to chose JUST ONE WATCH FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

Alright Crunchers. I’m curious to know, what is the ONE watch you would chose to only wear for the rest of your life. DON’T overthink it. What I want you to say to yourself is “if I could pick any watch to wear for the rest of my life, what would it be? 🤔” I’ll put some ground rules below. I’m excited to read your comments!

Rules

  1. Money and availability is a non factor.

  2. It has to be a real watch “i.e you can’t modify a watch of your dreams, like a Rainbow Rolex Datejust or something haha.”

  3. You can’t change anything about the watch “strap, crystal, movement, etc.”*EDIT, BECAUSE ALOT OF YOU SAID SOME VALID POINTS. YOU CAN REPLACE THE CRYSTAL, MOVEMENT, STRAP, etc AS LONG AS IT IS THE SAME ONE. For example, if your watch has a leather strap, you could replace it when it got old but it has to be the same strap. Same color, same texture, SAME STRAP.

  4. *EDIT. ALOT OF YOU HAVE 2, 3, even 4 watches that you’d consider, which is totally ok. But at the end of your comment, you have to ultimately choose just ONE. No “if money was no object, it would be watch A, if it was one I already own, it would be watch B, for sentimental reasons, it would be watch C.” Nope, you have to choose ONE.

  5. *EDIT. You do not have to currently own the watch. I REPEAT, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CURRENLY OWN THE WATCH!

  6. The most important rule of all. Remember, the watch you choose, would be the watch you have to wear…

I would choose the Rolex Pepsi 126710BLRO. I just love this watch😍

·

I'd have to pick one with something more going on, like the Timex Tide-Temp-Compass watch.

Unsubscribe. Thinking about that gives me anxiety.

Oris Big Crown Bronze Pointer Date. I absolutely adore that watch, particularly with the green dial and bronze bracelet.

·

Too easy. Omega Seamaster SMP Quartz in black.

This is my watch, and in fact was my only watch for a decade before adding to my modest collection in recent years. I could easily go back to just this one.

For me, it's practically the perfect watch for everything I'd ever need. The style and wearability I like, the unfailing precision I need for work (mine runs at ~10 sec/year!), and a model and brand history that speaks to me personally. Board room to board shorts, this has you covered.

Jacob & Co Billionaire.

Worth $20m.

I’d sell it, be happy checking the time on my phone or pay a minion to tell me the time 😂

The Glashutte original seventies panorama date. Purchased as an ode to my late father who was also a watch lover and had a bunch of watches from the seventies but were all sadly lost. Brilliantly made, amazing design, wears so well, no one knows what it is. Just a brilliant watch. Runner up is my explorer II

Rolex submariner…… come after me 😂. Always has been perfect always will be hahahahaha

Yes I know Tag Heuer got a lot of hate, but this one suites my taste perfectly (design-wise). I’d wear it fo-eh-va!

@Cutie.Blue I can’t honestly say that that’s one of the most original designs I’ve ever seen. Beautiful watch.

I would wear my Tudor Ranger that I wore when I got married. It's a great watch and being my wedding watch it definitely means the most to me.

Now you got me curious. Please tell me the origin of this design. (excited to add another grail to my list) :)
