Depends on your watch style, I would recommend Citizen, Seiko, Edifice. All of them have plenty of options. If I would choose a watch around 200 Euros I would go with a watch from Sternglas. That s a German microbrand with very decent quality. Never had one but tried some on and never heard something bad about these watches.

Seiko SRPE67 or 55. They are the same except the 67 has a brushed bezel and the 055 is polished. Bought a used SRPE55 for $85 and a new SRPE67 for $171 all in off Amazon.
For this budget I personally would shop for a Casio Edifice, but you seem to be intested in something more classic. Ever thought of a Prisma watch? It is the dutch Timex I would say. They offer very nice quality a s specs for the money you pay amd ship worldwide for free. Check out their website, I think you will find a nice piece there.
Ok, thanks a lot! i am into sort of a classic look with a date but is also not like terrible kind of a military thing as well. It’s complicated. Again, thanks for all the great suggestions, I love this community!

Thanks so much I’ll check it out!
I have the Timex and enjoy it very much. I intend to get a Lorus. There are some nice microbrands around the 200 dollar area too .
The only thing about the Timex is very poor lume, but if your ok with that it's great.
Mine has the blue dial and cream faux patina lume colouration.

I said the Lorus otherwise there’s this from Citizen.
Titanium and solar powered for under 200.

Honestly I would look at orient for a all around excellent watch.
A Casio MTPS120L-1AV.
Water resistant to 100M. Legible dial. Solar powered battery for long life. Quarts accuracy. Versatile.

Thanks! It also looks great!
Casio AE-1200 with metal case mod kit. It's such a cool watch with a lot of functionality.
If I had to get analog instead, it would be my Casio Lineage LCW-M100TS.
I'm not saying that these are the best, but they would be my pick if I could only wear one watch due to the extra functions and cool designs.
I do have the Timex, too, and it's good, but I wouldn't take it as an only watch. Well worth the 69€ I paid for it.

Which is better, a brushed or polished?

Why not a Seiko SNK809 automatic around 110 €?
#seiko #seiko5 #snk809
I feel like a Casio Duro would be a better choice over both of those options...
