Its got 40+ years on it, If you plan to wear it a lot, I would consider an service. The 6119 is a work horse, but 1970's lubrication has long since dried out and you mosdef have some things rubbing that shouldn't be.
BTW- I have been a seiko fanboi for 25 years and have seen only 1 of your exact reference. As you can see in the images below from their 1968-1971 JDM catalogues, there are a lot that are close, but not exactly on point.
This could have been from 68-71, but not a JDM. Or it could be from 72 or 73 (which I don't have JDM catalogues for)
What is the serial number? XYxxxx X=year, Y=month, xxxx is unique to watch.
So 93xxxx in your case would be March, 1969.

That is a very nice and very uncommon early 70's seiko. Most have a DX above the six. Great rare piece. treasure it.
Agreed. I am lucky enough to have a great watchmaker 20 min down the road. Assuming the last service was at least 50 years ago.
