Spoiler one particular model didn’t get the upgrade. Milgauss is officially dead?

Oh no, an Explorer in 40mm. That may leave a dent in by bank account!!!

·

The 36 explorer killed off again! Arg!

Edit: no it isn’t actually. I can’t read or use websites.

·

Tudor also unveiled their new watches and seeing how they now have upgraded BB36 and BB39 with MT movements and T-fit clasps, I guess Rolex decided to reposition the Explorer in an unique size between the two companies.

I liked the Explorer in 36mm, but I think I'll like it in 40mm as well (perhaps even better).

·

I can’t believe no Submariner Anniversary Models?

·

Did they really discontinue the explorer 39 to release a 40??... All I wanted was a 38 😠

The two sizes will coexist. Everyone is happy.

The 36mm still is there in their product page. Not killed off.

·

Looks like it. It’s gone from their homepage. Best news for me was that they didn’t change the Daytona design. Unfortunately not even the movement for the steel version, only the price is upgraded🥺

Maybe later in the year. Now the daytona gets the spotlight. 🌟

They will offer both sizes now.

The 39mm was discontinued when they brought back the 36mm about a year or ago.

I‘m happy with my 39mm one 😊

·

A little bit underwhelming, don't you think?

·

Milgauss gone, All Meteorite Daytonas gone, Green Dial John Mayer Daytona gone, Blue dial white gold Daytona gone

·

Same as before. Overpriced, uninspired and blingbling.

They will offer both sizes now.

Yeah my mistake!

·

Ooooo 🥰 Love that Colorful OP!!!

·

Biggest disappointment is the Milgauss though an anniversary is coming so a reintroduced Milgauss in the new air king case can’t be far off can it……?

I like the. OP, it’s fun. Prob not enough to buy though.

·

Explorer 2 discontinued? I don't see it listed. Not that I"ll ever own one, but the Polar Exp 2 was my favorite I'll-never-own-one watch!😕

·

Yeah no more Milgauss…RIP…that saves me some money though…

The dress watch is nice.

I’m sure the explorer 40 will appeal to some.

That OP looks interesting.

Classic black and gold GMT.

I’m not really a fan of the Yachtmaster but this titanium one looks pretty good.

Meh

Minor tweaks and a renamed Cellini. And what were they thinking of with the ball pit dial? BTW your wait list just got longer so buy more rings at your AD.

·

I'm just going to leave it here

I didn’t even noticed? My guess is Rolex has something planned for the Sub, Milgauss and Explorer II next year.

53 year Anniversary for the EX2

70 year Anniversary for the Sub

68 year Anniversary for the Milgauss

Another crazy thing Rolex could do for the Sub is make a limited edition Mil Sub model with some sought of interchangeable strap system so the wear can switch from Bracelet to a oysterflex.

I dug deeper into the Rolex site and found the Exp 2, so it's still available, not that it well ever matter to me.😭
