They're really different animals because of the bezel. I've always thought the SAR would be cool to own (even with my 16cm wrist) and since I already own 2 Sinn watches, well ...
Sinn all day. Love me some Lego hands and indices. To be fair I've never actually handled a Muhle. But have worn a U1 for a few days ( bit big for me) but the build quality was U-boat tough.
I’m going to go with the Mühle because it was more fun to type on my phone, it’s cheaper, and I like the case with the interesting housing around the crown. The Sinn is quite tame by comparison, it’s round with a chunky bezel.
I would also get the luminescent dial one with the tactical strap, because it looks like it would actually work in a rescue scenario. That’s why you are buying it right?
I'll buck the trend and say the Mühle. Think it looks way cleaner and minimal. The Sinn looks like something that came out of a Christmas cracker. Cue death threats 🤣
Those are both great watches. Personally I'd go Sinn just because I could change straps more readily.

Since I'm not the biggest fan of the U50's über-tooly hands, I'd personally lean towards the Mühle.
I’d get the Sinn if I was spending the money
U50
I'd go for the Sinn, but I'm a bit biased. I have 3 Sinn watches, but have never seen a Muhle Glasshutte in person.
U50, as stated before many more strap options and much more legible
Sinn please! It’s so much better looking!
I prefer the Sinn. Date position and weird case of the Mühle are deal breakers for me.

Sinn fer sure, just do it!!!
I'd pick the U50, I prefer the looks of it compared to the Muhle.

SINN, a dive watch should look like a tool watch not a dress watch which so many top end divers look like imo
Two great choices. I’m not sure there is a wrong answer. I own a Sinn and they are top notch. That would be my choic.
Sinn for the win! (As he says with a Sinn on his wrist)
Sinn.
Can’t go wrong with either if you ask me.
Definitely Sinn. I'd rather be a Sinner than a Muhle 😉
The muhle is more interesting. Cool lug shape. More under the radar and not as loud so a bit more versatile.
U50
I love both, but for me it’s a pretty easy decision. The SAR Rescue Timer. It’s a very unique and purpose built watch.
In a perfect world, get both. 😅
