My first auto is a Seiko...how original of me 😂
DHL were banging on my door early this morning. They delivered this chap the Seiko SRPG27K1, my first automatic watch.
I blame Watch Crunch as before I joined this platform I was plodding along rather happily with my Casio collection. I enjoyed the simplicity and ability to expand my collection for less than the price of a bottle of JW Black.
To spare you all from an overflow of positive thoughts gushing out of my head immediately (new watch syndrome...) all I'll say for now is that even for a 'budget' watch this is a significant step up in quality compared to what has been on my wrist before.
I know there are so many of you with far more impressive watches but to me, right now, with this on wrist...I'm really pleased with my choice.
Don't panic as I know you were all wondering...I'll do my usual and offer my thoughts after a week on the wrist 👍
