I'm getting further away from 50 every day.

I am a huge fan of two tone as I always found they look very pretty and the best of of both worlds with steel weight/durability but gold sparkle. As far as age goes, am closer to 15 than I am to 50 😉 so it isn't just for old people.

I think we just stopped wearing "nice" watches. Pretty much everything must be a brushed tool watch despite the price tags.

I am somewhat undecided whether 50 refered to your age, or the size of your watch collection. It kind of makes sense either way.

I bought my first 2 tone (doxa shark) at mid 20s and a gold pvd orient not long after, it is just taste. Full gold with bracelet, it is a different story unless it is digi casio.
