Best: My islander Brookville with the linen Dial.
Worst: This Caravelle NY. I was very new into watches and I loved the overall design (still do). But the bezel was fixed, it was pretty large, the movement wasn't great, it felt cheap. Make it a smaller watch, throw a decent central seconds chrono movement in it, and make a functional bezel and you've got a decent watch.
Not a complaint but I'd like to say I really liked the dive watch designs with CW at the 9 o'clock. I know a lot of people didn't but I miss it
I was never on the smartwatch train. I felt that it didn't do anything that my phone already did. I don't really need a heart rate monitor (and if I do, I'd rather just buy a dedicated one or a whoop or something) or anything like that. But I did usually need a timer and a stopwatch at my job and most of the time it isn't contextually appropriate to take out my phone so a watch provides me a ton of function and utility.
