You can’t resist it, it’s electric! Woogie Woogie Woogie
Decided I’d like to have a pre-quartz electric watch in my collection, so here’s my new 1976 Timex Dynabeat. The balance wheel is driven by an electromagnet powered by a battery. The second hand moves like any other watch with a 28.8 beat rate, not 1 second at a time jumps like Quartz.
It arrived in great condition, serviced, with the owners manual, and running beautifully.

The original one I purchased - although mint - was dead and I couldn't figure out what the problem was, so I bought another and swapped-in the movement. It's definitely a favorite in my collection!
