Bulova Accutron Spaceview! Enjoy!

Good morning Watch collectors ! These are my Special Spaceviews ! I started with one that I had purchased Many years ago at a Garage Sale. The guy thought it didn’t work . I knew nothing about Accutrons but I purchased it took it home and did my research. You All know the rest. One type is Never enough! Over the years I was Lucky enough to find service manuals also at a garage sale!! All of them now work properly and keep accurate time . Enjoy!

Thanks! It took me Many years and research to get it all worked out. What correct batteries to use , how to regulate fast or slow, and how to take apart and clean.

Thanks, I’ve admired these. My first ‘quality’ watch was an Accutron, many years ago, but not a Spaceview. I know you could be a great resource to anyone trying to collect these. I love the look of the new Spaceview, nice to see it’s heritage.

Yes ! Half the battle is making sure that it is Running and keeping Time before you purchase your Spaceview. After that, you should purchase a rubber gasket that fits the watch. They sell them on Ebay and on other sites. Just google it! Good Luck and have fun!

The New ones are are Fantastic BUT expensive. I may someday purchase one . The new technology is Incredible!
Oh God!!! The watch God's must be trying to tell me something. I was just watching a video on Joseph Bulova and got a great deal on the BULOVA Archive Series Parking Meter Limited Edition Watch 98B390 on ebay. When I became obsessed with the Timex Brand and their co-lab with Peanuts, I bought 75 watches in two years. I promised myself to stop buying for 2023 but I couldn't resist the Bulova above. I see another Rabbit Hole Buying spree happening. Your colleciton is mind blowing. Thanks for sharing. My 3 favorite watch brands are Timex, Bulova and Longiens.
Also as a native New Yorker, Bulova reminds me of the early days growing up and going to NYC and I love the fact that Frank Sinatra wore them.

The owner/watchmaker at Orlando Watch Co (Winter Park, FL, USA) was originally trained in the Bulova watchmaking school and still does work on Accutrons.

In all seriousness, how audible is the chorus hum of a dozen Spaceviews within inches of each other?
