Personally I find the most value under $2000. The very borderline of Swiss luxury. But there is so much value under $1000 and under $500 and even over $50000. It depends on what you value
Also a Tissot, but a discontinued model. Sometimes no lume is better than poor lume. This dial is so perfect that I honestly would want any.
Also the way lume looks in daylight is never what I want. I can always see the tint of blue or green from the glow, and itโs unappealing. I see it with Rolex a lot. The indexes on the sub look almost blue in daylight to my eyes.
Iโm an unapologetic TAG Heuer fanboy, but this was a miss for me. I love the first gen F1, but the price is too high, they are all limited, and Kith shouldnโt be on the dial IMO. It seems half baked. The โlumeโ dials arenโt even lume ๐ญ
I still dig the idea, but Iโd rather just get an original one in good shape, for half the price at MOST
Also a TAG for me. Iโve been collecting watches for over 20 years, and while Iโve always been obsessed with the brand, I avoided them for the longest time due to the general hatred towards the brand in the community. Now I have three of these 1990s/2000s models, and a 3rd gen F1 from 2019 and I absolutely love them. This is one of my favorite watches of all time, itโs 26 years old and still runs fantastic with only one confirmed service in its lifetime.
