Help me find a affordable Watch

Hi, I'm new into Watches and searching for a nice Watch under 500€/$. I already have a G Shock and a Edifice Chronograph and I'm very happy with them. But now I want to make the next step in quality and pricerange. Of course I already searched for some and Watches of the Brand Sternglas, the Tissot Prx and the Bulova Lunar Pilot are in my list. I'm in love with every style and type of watches and glad for your advice and Help.

You can't go wrong with Bulova and Tissot in my opinion, but Hamilton has some nice watches in this price range, especially in the Khaki series, if you are looking for another option.

Thanks, the Hamilton Khaki Field is nice. Gonna keep them in Mind👍

Normally I'd say it's Cocktail Time but here I encourage you to stick with Casio and get an Oceanus!

Oh, I forgot about Hamilton but yes to the one watch of theirs that I like, the Khaki Pilot Pioneer.

Thanks, the Cocktail Time looks great. Already Heard of this watch but forgot about it, thanks for reminding and your recommendations.

If I were go back in time and be able to choose my first watch, I would pick a "baby alpinist" without hesitation.

It is a sport watch that can do it all. You can dress up, change to any strap and it will still look cool on your wrist. The price will not stop you from the watch journey too so.. I would recommend this one

And hey, sapphire glass with easy to maintenance movement - what could go wrong?

Ps. Not my wrist, I googled it so you may see what I talk about here

It seems like you’re okay with a slightly bigger watch with your Casios and interest in Bulova. One of my watches that’s a little bulkier that I really like is my Tissot PRC200.

Another brand in your price range that I think makes nice slightly larger watches is Victorinox. Here’s my titanium Inox.

They’re tested to be as tough as g-shock. Granted they can’t so everything a similarly priced g-shock can but I do think it looks cool.

Have to agree with @DigitalDivider , I would stick with Tissot, Hamilton, and Bulova for the under 500 win. Tissot and Hamilton share movement tech but they have large visual differences. All of these brands are great, just depends what look and feel you want.

I strongly recommend the Casio Oceanus S100. Its the best build Quality of any watch I’ve seen under 500.

I live in Europe and maybe some Microbrand from Usa for example are not available in my country

As @roberto kindly stated, Traska is a brand that will, of course, ship to Europe. You will need to take into account custom fees, but usually it is now a very streamlined process. Nevertheless this is an amount to add to the purchase price.

Traska has a newsletter that will not bombard you with unnecessary emails so I'd advise to join the list. They will most probably have watches for sale by this month, like Lorier or early next one. Not sure it there will be watches in stock and others on pre sale, like in other occasions.

The Summiteer in 36mm is a very nice option at 550 (+ customs), and you will also have the 38mm version. They have other models too.

All the Bulova's with the ultra high frequency 264 kHz quartz movement are amazing time pieces for a great price

Another vote for the Hamilton Field Khaki from me. I have a small collection of Tissot, Bulova, Hamilton, Seiko and Casio. The Hamilton is my 'go to' watch 8O% of the time. Simple, stylish, comfortable and so understated.
