I have nothing but contempt and unremitting hostility for Bremont.

Christopher Ward and it’s not even close

·

All businesses make mistakes and move on,as do some countries but we all still buy from them,I voted for Bremont as I own 1 and enjoy it ,the quality is good and it's accurate

·

I'm a CW fanboy. I don't love everything they do, but I like most of it. Farer is a bit too "out there" with the colours for me, and the other two are more than I want to pay for a watch.

·

I don’t have anything against the other brands as some others do here lol but CW is taking gigantic steps through the industry right now. They’re hard beat & they’re only pushing forward.

·

Love CW's military inspired stuff, so voted for them.

I'm not British, but I'd consider Elliot Brown up there as well. Holton Pro is a beast of a watch, some of their torture testing is wild. (I enjoy the explosive demo portion, but I'm biased lol).

And it's not everyone's cup of tea but EB's Beachmaster is different, so different in fact the UK patent office agreed. It is a fairly niche complication but new.

·

Also CWC. While not necessarily reinventing the wheel, they are still around and make some of the most iconic, to me at least, British dive/pilot watches.

Their actual issued RN Divers are apparently considered more rare than the issued sub's. Wouldn't know since those pieces are bit out of my current budget.

CWC RN 1983 is going to happen at some point so my Holton Pro has a buddy.

I'm torn between buying a Christopher Ward or a Farer.

I also love CWC of course and own a Gekota which is an often overlooked British brand.

Come on now... we all know your favourite British branch is GasWorks... 🤣

...and CW over Farer. 1000%

Vertex! CWC!

·

CW and Farer are killing it lately. Slight nod to Farer for more originality, but ask me tomorrow and I could be convinced it is CW.

·

Man, what a tough poll. All four of these brands are absolutely stellar. However, Farer and CW are putting out some wonderful pieces.

Can't choose between Farer and Fears. For my money (literally), the two best British brands.

·

CW is the only one of these brands who’s watch I own, the C60 Trident 600. I love it and the quality is excellent.

I’ve been looking at Farer for a while now, and am loving what they’re doing. All of these brands have been on my radar honestly. But I voted CW because of the everyday wearability and quality that I’ve experienced. Price-wise, you get a whole lot for your money as well.

Yes well that goes without saying!

Since CW's logos give me a headache (one of the ugliest redesigns ever, imho - and their first, ahem, "logo" wasn't great to begin with), I'll go with overpriced but beautiful Fears.

Interesting…I actually rather like the new logo for CW.

CW had a chance to right a wrong with their first logo, but I agree, the new logo really bothers me more for some reason.

I like the look of most CW watches - but there's something weird about CW considering CW left the company to start another watch brand.

·

ooooo this is a tough one. as of late it’s a toss up between Christopher Ward and Farer. both have some beautiful designs. but i have to give this to Farer because their designs are much more original. CW has some great watches (Bel Canto) but their catalog seem to be more homage heavy than Farer. and for that reason i chose Farer.

Bremont doesn’t have anything that interests me. and i haven’t given Fears a close enough look to say.

How about Marloe?
