I know everyone is going to vote for the military dirty dozen reprise...

...but since I'm ChronoGuy, it's echo/neutra for me...and it's even on point since it's St. Patrick's Day...

Vertex. It is a bit on the pricey side. The handset and the indicies on Echo/Neutra are not for me. They seem like a good start but then they stopped and left them unfinished. But that is my opinion and taste.

These really impressed me in person. At first, I did not think I could get over the 1956 logo on the dial, but once in hand, they are very impressive.

·

The echo/nutra have my vote here the Vertex don't seem to have anything that seems much different that's not offered elsewhere and I'm not sure if the value that you usually are looking for is there.

Gorgeous watch as always! 👌🏻

Had to pick one, and I'm on the other side of the fence...

Good, lumed, basic, tough field watch, a compass, and a knife, G2G! 😝

·

I saw an echo neutra I really liked and then I saw the lume practically non existent

did you check the lume?

·

I would like to make a confession, that this was the first time I made sure I knew what each company was presenting, rather than just picking the one I know and like

Bravo! I do not think anyone is judging. :-)

#vertex wins and it’s not even close for me. I love their military history

·

Echo Neutra have my vote here. I’m a fan of Vertex as one of the og d12 watches but other brands do it similar or better for a lot less than their ask. Echo neutra has a distinct design language that I really like and their offerings are not necessarily reliant on that vintage callback to hook you(which I do love actually).

I love the echoneutra Big Moon 39 and their 1956 chrono and gmt lines 🫰🫰🫰.

·

Vertex because I like their military looks.

·

Echo Neutra for me too, love the Cristallo in blue/black, shame they have taken a bit of a hit on this vote, wow did not know the price for the Vertex and they are at the high end as well

·

Echo/Neutra since they are different and doing their own thing. Love the designs.

·

Apologies to the wonderful folks at @echoneutra for the typo in poll result.

·

3500£ ?????? Is it really ????

·

Another win for @ChronoGuy here. Vertex is 10x more popular so they will take the overwhelming majority, but echo/neutra is just more interesting… to me.

·

What movement do they use they dont specify?

·

Echo Neutra is so good, i have yet to try a vertex.

Depends on the model. The Averau has a full

lime model even. I have the new GMT and it has minimal lume but enough to be usable.

Stunning. Again, both these brands need to be seen and tried on to appreciate how cool they are.

·

Excuse me fellow Crunchers but I have a question: Does the echo/neutra's bezel rotate or not? I heard it from a post on here. Hell it might have been me who posted it lol SMH. Anyway, a DIVER watch HAS to have a numbered and rotating bezel. Just my .02 cents.

·

First I need to say to @AllTheWatches I love this tournament!!! This matchup is a really good one for me. Strangely I find it more fun and challenging when I am not heavily drawn to either brands offering. Not to say there aren't any watches I like, because in both of these cases there are watches that I think are very cool. Just that in this case I am not immediately drawn to one over the other. I wish that #echoneutra had some more origin information on their website, I really enjoy reading those origin stories, and in this case #vertex has a tremendous origin and re-origin story. I think I am going to have to give my vote to #echoneutra for their originality. They definitely have their own style and it feels really consistent throughout their lineup, and I think that is a very challenging thing for a brand to do.

·

I never heard of echo/neutra, really nice stuff they got.

·

Poll closed for this matchup. Congratulations to Vertex!
