Gone too far?
The Zenith CMS is kinda at the top of my wishlist and I’m probably wanting the white or black. There have been some cool special editions of late. Speaking of green; the one they did for Aaron Rodgers looked awesome with the Arabic numerals, but this thing. I’m sorry but the mishmash of colors on this dial are just hideous to me. Any thoughts? I just hate the clash of the blue subdial 🤢 BRING ON your outraged emojis!

I love green, but the way it's used here is unfortunate. There's too much of it. Either the bezel, or the dial might be better in a more subdued shade or saturation. And the 3 o'clock subdial should be green too. Blue and green together can work, but they need to distinctly differ in shade or saturation.

I love green as well, but yes I agree on all your points. This feels just poorly judged. And normally their aesthetics seem to be so on point

Looks great to me.
Instead of just releasing different colours and ‘editions’, why don’t they create a new watch, or redesign an old model like they did with the pilot. It’s getting boring seeing a new release of the same thing every month.

My ideal CMS would be like the pink version, where the sub-dials match the main dial, but in some other color choices besides pink (blue, black, green):

My favorite is the pink breast cancer fund edition. Lost a family member to that so it’s special to me.

Tough crowd! It’s one of Zenith’s standard el primero colour combinations. Blue and green should never be seen is the old dress rule but today anything goes.

I appreciate that and same to you. I considered the pink for a couple months, especially to pass along to my son in the future. The hard fact, other long awaited watches on my want list and 11k needs to be no questions asked for myself. I have to pick and choose carefully. But it is far from forgotten......
I actually prefer this to Mr. Greenthumb, despite the fact that I have tremendous respect for Aaron Rogers. I dont like the green watches ar all in general. Yes there are some green watches which I envision owning in a parallel universe (such as Glashutte green) maybe, but certainly not a Zenith green. Among non-green cms I did like the version with a SS bezel. Somehow it looked better to me tham the black bezel version.

They did that with the limited edition all green one. I guess they just wanted to reuse the design but couldn't make it the same.

It is, although not mine, I confess. I clipped it from some blog a couple years ago when it first came out. I've been hoping for a white/blue panda ever since.
