Sunday Funday

My travel buddy. Absolutely love this piece. Feels great on the wrist, and it doesn’t wear thick at all. What do you wear when you travel?

When I travel the Ranger is my go to watch.

Since I wear this watch 90% of the time I guess it would be my travel watch.

Last time I traveled I just brought a simple three-hander.

I travel a lot and usually carry multiple pieces with me from GMTs to office to sport watches. I really want to get a piece which would give me versatility covering multiple functions, like Zenith Doublematic. Missed a chance to buy it a few years ago and now they are not available ((

The only GMT I currently own. It’s a solid watch. Wears comfortably despite the heft and looks really good in all lighting conditions. The way the bezel reflects the light I’ve not seen on many watches.

I never gave it much thought but I now realize that it has always been a watch that could be easily replaced if some snafu occurred on any trip. Last two trips I wore my Breitling Navitimer 1461, I think mainly because I knew that other family members attending the special events would probably be wearing Rolex watches. Surprise, when I attended my grandniece’s wedding in Montreal last summer, a few of my nephews made a point of also wearing Breitling watches. Nice gesture that the old uncle appreciated.

Your watch has a quickset hour so it is a great choice as a travel companion, indeed! Enjoy😎

Depends, on expected activities, space, and if I'm carrying all the stuff or am I brining luggage....😅
