Mine is a Seiko 5. I keep wanting to replace it, but black PVD is impressively more resistant to scratches than bare stainless steel. It somehow became my main beater watch.
Sinn U1 S black and fully tegimented. While I will never trust myself with most PVD things, I would def wear a Sinn. Apparently, if their marketing is to be believed, the Tegiment process makes the PVD coating almost impossible to chip off versus regular PVD coating on untreated metal.
plus the U1 and U50 are favorites and future purchases of mine for sure

Not my favorite, but my only blacked out watch. Islander "turtle" with black DLC on a Barton leather strap.
I have two, the first and oldest is the ProTrek PRG-510GB, which demonstrate that PVD coating doesn't age very well.
The other one is the Bulova Accutron II Lobster which also has a PVD mesh bracelet.

Seiko 5, my first mechanical watch purchased. Still like the look, not so easy to read
