GMT Master II - 126720VTNR

Hi Guys,

I joined watchcrunch recently and this is my first post! So first of all thany you for having me on the channel, I'm sure It will be superfunny and interesting!

I've been collecting for more than ten years and I have a thing (surprise, surprise) for steel sport watches.

I'm currently on a list at an official Rolex dealer for the GMT Master II 126720VTNR. I know there's a lot of hype around it, but I had the opportunity to get in the list and I took it! Also I love modern GMT.

Just wanted to know what you guys think about the watch!

Cheers, have a good one!

Collect what you love collecting and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise! 😁

I think it's a nice looking watch.

Welcome to WC!

That's a great watch!

I agree that you collect what you love. We all are an eclectic bunch here in WC.

Cheers!

Welcome!

Enjoy the forums ! It’s very educational and entertaining

Welcome! I much prefer the Explorer II 226570. The rotating bezel seems like an unnecessary feature.

I really like that model; if I were in the market for a new Rolex, that might be the one I'd get.

Welcome.

I love it. I’m considering getting it even though I own the BLRO. I like that’s it’s different, I love the green, and I really like that for some reasons it pisses a lot of watch people off. Most of my watches are fairly universally accepted if not loved (except the FXD which is also pretty controversial, or at least it still was when I first got it), I like having some that aren’t “obvious choices”.

Welcome to Watch Crunch and Enjoy! I think the GMT II is awesome.  I also agree with others in this thread: collect what you love . Watch Crunch is cool because you will find tons of fans for watches you like & very little negative discussion from people who aren't into a particular model of Watch. In fact , I get really excited to see a post for a watch I wouldn't buy because I know the person who bought it loves that watch. In the case of the GMT II I'm not sure who wouldn't love that watch. I hope you get to purchase it soon.

Welcome to the group. I always say buy whatever you love, it’s your watch collection.
