I would lose the Rado Captain Cook, the two Baltics, Farer, one of the JLCs, and the Longines Spirit if needed. Really, its an impressive collection though!
It is a nice collection and I would hate to kick a few of these out, but if forced; I’d keep the three JLCs, Pelagos, Tri-Compax, and Durham. The Omega is awesome, but arguably covered style wise by the moon phase JLC.
Wow! I’d really like to have half of your collection!
So, with 6 watches left, you want to thin the herd by 6. With three divers, I would get rid of two, and am partial to keeping the Tudor, though if you have a favorite, any one can stay.
You only need one field watch, and I’m preferential to the Spirit and dumping the Tudor, but again, owners preference.
Keep the Baltic Chronograph and the Reverso. Those stand alone as unique pieces in your collection.
For the last two, I’d keep the JLC memovox (fantastic watch in precious metal) and the Omega.
That's the Farer Durham. It's got the most interesting dial on a cushion case that Farer makes IMO. Though what I initially really wanted was the Farer Burbidge moonphase.
As a JLC fan I assume you want to build around your existing trio. Of the rest ditch all but the Omega and the Tudor although possibly keep the Baltic chrono pro tem and then look for an interesting JLC chrono, maybe a Master Compressor, or even the currently unloved Squadra ones, those are due a re-discovery.
In an ideal world Sir! Although with JLC prices on the rise, it might be a while before I pull the trigger on another one.
From very far and quick glance distant looked like a Cheesy cheap Chinese collection. But as I stop and zoom in Wow very impressive I wouldn’t change nothing! and you got down to 12! That’s better than me.
I haven't included my Seikos, Casios and restored vintages. So the problem is quite extensive lol!
Love this! I love the mixture of classic brands and modern winners and dress watches and sports pieces. Well done! Yours and my tastes are quiet similar my friend. I don't generally drift toward Tudor, but this North Flag I think is the best watch they make. Also, Love the Farer. I'm hunting the Mansfield at the moment!!!
Thank you Sir! I'm loving the watches in your gallery as well. I'm hunting the Farer Burbidge, but need to liquidate some pieces in the current collection before adding to the problem. 🤣
Nice collection, I find it hard to comment cos timepieces are sentimental to you personally regardless of style or design, but I did enjoy all the suggestions above. I’m sure you’ll enjoy whatever you decide on 😎
The Omega CK859 and Tudor North Flag are amazing watches and you should keep those forever. But selfishly if you want to get rid of them then please give me first dibs😂😂

I really like the pink one, what's the ref?
Amazing collection btw!!!

omega ck859
jlc memovox
jlc reverso
tudor north flag
tudor pelagos 39
longines spirit
Gladly, send me either top or bottom rows

In conclusion, Keep:
Omega Sector Dial
JLC Memovox
JLC Reverso
Baltic Chronograph
Tudor Pelagos
Longines Spirit
You could just send half to me, then you won’t have to worry about it, Ha!
Axe the half you wear least.
I'd ditch the:
Oris
Rado
North Flag
Farer
In no particular order
Gimme the two tudors, the reverso, the omega and the baltic, the rest you can keep.
Ill happily help out a fellow cruncher anytime! Youre welcome!😄
Love the microbrands in your collection!!
I'd lose:
Rado
Oris
Longines
North Flag (not a fan)
Farer & MR01 (as much as I like them)
Could have just said, swap the North Flag with the Omega and keep the top row!
Keep the left 6, lose the right 6.
I don't get the arbitrary cutting in half, you know which you wear and which you don't.
Though I will say I like nearly all your watches.
That’s a super collection, I would never reduce my collection I could never part with a watch so bravo sir👏🏻
For what it’s worth here’s my choice good luck with the reduction
I really like the pink one, what's the ref?
Amazing collection btw!!!
That's the Farer Durham. It's got the most interesting dial on a cushion case that Farer makes IMO. Though what I initially really wanted was the Farer Burbidge moonphase.
Shortlisted are the Tudor P39, Rado CC, Baltic MR01 and the Longines Spirit. My selection mirrors yours except I really love the JLC MUT.

Okay, lets' pick 6 outta 12
Out of all JLC, lets keep the gold one.
Out of Baltic let's keep the MR01
of course we keeping this beautiful Omega
Let's keep the Farer, it looks fabulous
I would also add Rado to spice things up
And I guess, I would also keep Baltic 3-compax.
I don't have any particular reasoning, just flow with the vibe
Also, am I tripping, or you have your watch box split with "dress" watches on a left and sports on a right? Nice OCD touch mate)
p.s. this "Le-Coutre" logo is amazing. Very tasteful touch. This watch is 100% a keeper. 100000% a keeper)
It might be OCD! Also tend to put watches from the same brand together. Thanks for the pointers!
If you REALLY want to lose six, this would be my pick (based on my personal opinion & taste ofc - dont't know yours :):
LeCoultre: very nice watch - but the JLC Moonphase has got the round dress watch category covered
Tudor : not a fan of the snowflake or the many, many letters
Farer: quirky - would understand if you keep it, but would not get much wrist time if it were mine
Baltic: the Omega does this soo much better
Longines: nothing wrong with it, but nothing really special either imo. And those stars....
Rado: was either this or the Oris. Oris just a tad more special / eyecatching.
Anyway, let us know what you decide!
Have to say your selection is very similar to mine, except I don't think I can part with the JLC Memovox. It's such a classy and unique piece!
Love this! I love the mixture of classic brands and modern winners and dress watches and sports pieces. Well done! Yours and my tastes are quiet similar my friend. I would only keep these 3:
pelagos
reverso
longines
I really like the pink one, what's the ref?
Amazing collection btw!!!
The Durham from Farer
Personally, I would lose these:
Either the JLC moonphase or the Omega
Either the Tudor North Flag or Pelagos
Baltic Chronograph
Rado
Oris
Keep the top row but swop the north flag for the omega on the bottom row
I base these picks solely and completely on the vibe
The Omega CK859 and Tudor North Flag are amazing watches and you should keep those forever. But selfishly if you want to get rid of them then please give me first dibs😂😂
I would keep
the omega
the reverso
baltic chrono
north flag
longines
pelagos
but if I had to be brutal, I would keep
reverso
pelagos
baltic chrono
