He escape valve all day every day. It’s an eyesore on an otherwise beautiful watch. That GS dial suffers for having the power reserve, but the valve to me is much worse.
I actually like the power reserve on GS and I’ve gotten used to the HE on my SMP. Also @lmchew the blue jewel on the Cartier is another feature I really like. I just wish it wasn’t a synthetic sapphire. Maybe I’m weird as I seeem to like all these quirks.

I don’t think you’re weird at all! i don’t mind the HEV either. I’ve always thought it was an iconic part of the watch’s silhouette. I don’t think it really matters what you like, as much as discovering how many watches have unique and iconic design elements. Bar the Rolex lug thing. That blew my mind.
I agree the he valve is pointless. (How many saturation divers in this group?). But I also feel it provides visual balance to the crown. I prefer an even weight of material distribution in the watch.
A cyclops on a date window... I hate them, but some brands seem to insist on them.
Daytona's different size lugs. Does not bother me, but it is an icon and an imperfection to some.

I was going to say this one! What is seen, cannot be unseen!

Also the blue jewel on Cartier crowns. I get it. But also, “eh”.

The fake rivets on #tudor Tudor BB bracelets - Hated by many!!

I never liked the lightning bolt second hand on the Milgauss.
Tudor snowflake hands. I don’t know what snowflakes look like where you live, but that ain’t it. Ice cubes would be better.

Right! My eyesight is fine. I don’t need a magnifier on the damn date. They ruin otherwise nice watches for me.

Eh gad! Was this intentional? How was this allowed?!

I believe it is a design choice to make the right hand side of the watch seem more blanced with the addition of pushers.

Ah .. I'm all for balancing the presentation, but this haha.
