This is a question of personal taste.
Nomos
Both are nice watches.
With that being said, I've owned both and ended up selling both.🙄
I'd sell both for and buy a CW C65, and Marathon Navigator.

Neither. Keep them both. You can't get much better for what you would get for them.

Nomos
Why must one leave? Really is both a tough and a pretty personal choice. I don't have personal experience with either so makes it even harder to judge.
I feel like keep the Everest if you're thinking one watch GADA collection. But keep the Nomos if you are just looking to make some room in your multi watch collection.
Keep the Nomos
I think the Smiths is the more attractive watch, if I was looking at them as a total non-watch person. But as a watch person, there's just no comparison between Nomos and Smiths... which isn't really Smiths at all, but just someone sticking the logo on modern watches. It's a kind of faux-nostalgia I can't get into.
That shiny shininess on the Sinn 104 case was one of the reasons I moved it on before I scratched it up , My favourite watch for a field watch now is my fully brushed Ranger !

Seeing as how the Smith’s are quite hard to come by, I would keep that one.
The Nomos is a better watch from a manufacturing standpoint - no doubt! However, my preference is the Smiths. Why? Simple: lug to lug distance.

Yes Nomos has been famous for the long lug designs. I thought it was gonna be worse but after seeing it and wearing it, it wears pretty nice. I think partly due to being only like 8mm thick
Seeing as how the Smith’s are quite hard to come by, I would keep that one.
They are hard to get from the site, but you can always find them on chrono and eBay. Still plenty in circulation even though the prices are elevated

try this wear each one for a day and see which you end up reaching on the third then that's the keeper
I know nothing about Smiths watches other than the company also make automitve gages that are well respected. I am very happy with the Nomos that is in my collection.
If I had the pockets for Nomos, I would forgo the Smiths and replace it with the the Nivada Grenchen Super Antarctic 3/6/9. In terms I’d style, both are beautiful.

Have always wanted to see a Nivada in person. They have some cool designs
