I know some like it, but to me the Day/Date might be one of the worst complications and arguably more fragile than a Chrono. If a watch has a date, the second best complication it could have is an AM/PM indicator.
I use the Chronograph for all sorts of things in my job! Form timing breaks to timing events. I also like to use it for stupid things like timing games 😂😂
I actually find power reserve to be most useful. If I’m rotating wearing different watches in my collection it lets me know when or if I need to wind them to keep them going.
As someone who constantly forgets the date… why all the hate?! I love my day date combo. Maybe I just embrace the asymmetry more than others along with the use I find of being reminded the day/date. Don’t wanna miss trash night!!!

Dive Bezel (which is more of a feature than a complication, I guess) handles everything I would do with a chronograph.

I feel the same way..

Day/date is not useful. I wish the went away. A full calendar would be useful.

Alarm is the most useful for me. Granted, there aren't many analog watches with alarms, but almost all digital watches have them.
Power reserve, but put it on the back!
Dive bezel is definitely the best and most practical. Followed by annual cal (assuming you like a date function).
GMT is a cool idea… but I never find myself using it. I either just do the math or change the time at the new location… pretty easy.

Definitely! I was thinking of that more as a design feature instead of a mechanical complication built into a movement. Should’ve included that

I’ve always found a quick set hour hand more useful than a GMT function.
Mission timer, in particular the countdown/count up variant.
Terribly useful.
I’m ChronoGuy - what did you expect me to vote for 😉

Hell GMTs are trending aren't they?
Personally I don't get it . . . . . Too many hands!
Time only.
