If everyone was given a stipend or a voucher or something to go and buy their own watch I think you’d get more uptake
I have a five digit DJ I swim with, but I have had it serviced and the gaskets replaced. They’re old enough to vote, but waterproofing technology hasn’t really changed at all in that time so as long as the gaskets aren’t worn out you wouldn’t have any issues. You can get a waterproofing test for a few bucks too if you have a watchmaker around you!
