Flighty - Too busy?
I know the Flighty is too busy but I just love looking at it and drowning in the detail and complexity. Thoughts?

At 4 there is some free space to track icebergs.

This is my Edifice EQS500
Normally I would say it's way too busy, but Seiko managed to make it in a quite good way. Mostly black and white but with a splash of yellow to highlight some interesting features. I don't mind these types of watches as long as there's some logic to it.

Agreed. And great value, just £250 used on C24; amazing fun bang for the buck.

The exact reason I sold my Flighty-my aging eyes had a hard time reading the time. WAY too busy, IMHO.
It's one of my more versatile among my watches. Surprisingly legible and well speced.
Busy for sure, but it looks great.
No, its perfectly balanced. I dont like a dial being busy, just for sake to be busy. But watches like that have a functional design that validates the buysiness.
It is what it is. If you didn’t like it then one would question why you bought it.

No way! It’s busy, but not cluttered, and it’s (theoretically) a functional tool! I love mine. Great strap by the way! 👌
Nope I love Aviation theme watches and hope to get my hands on a flightmaster before they're all gone
The busiest, but that is its charm. It isn’t meant to speak to everyone, and I think watches that are not generic and intended to gada tend to be more interesting anyway.
Here is the beauty of this community. Varied opinions and tastes, each of us on our own journey and if you like it, then it is good. Personally, it is way too busy for me.
Not sure about the Flighty but I have a fairly busy older Prospex that’s is ver legible. You should be able to see the time with a quick glance without straining your eyes or focussing too much.
