Omiwitari , Black birch & deep sunburst blue dial on a model no date can’t remember the reference off the top of my head .

lol... no. I remember a few such as the sbgm221 (because I own it and see it 20+ times a day on social media) and the Omiwatari. The rest I want and therefore keep email alert on Chrono24 in case they pop up for a good price.
Love them all but wanted something more subtle for my collection. I went with the SBGA415 Taisetsu aka "Winter" because in some angles it either looks like stone or storm clouds.
Lake Suwa followed closely by the Omiwatari.

I did! Have to have options to spice things up. My favorite is the blue suede strap I picked up last year. It just feels like it was designed for the watch.
Shosho is hands down my favorite dial in person. Wish to have one some day...

Shunbun. It was my first Grand Seiko, first luxury watch, and still my favorite and most worn watch. It could be my one watch, and sometimes I wish it were.
Whoa surprised that the Snowflake is still a runaway Grand Seiko! I have a Shunbun, so I may be biased . . . but beyond the given choices I LOVE the Lake Suwa.
