I saw the post @SteveJacare on his killer Bulova Surfboard and chuckled at the description “Chronograph Week” and in my head immediately went to those Shark Week ads. Then I was like, this should be a thing… and opened photoshop. @WatchCrunch let’s make this a thing and let’s see/celebrate your favorite chronos!
I’ll start - a relatively cheap chrono from Mathey Tissot. A watch inspired from their own catalogue from 1970.

When does it start? Next Monday?
Hashtag #ChronographWeek in every #WRUW next week?
Lol fantastic job with the cover image! I love me a good photoshop.
My two chronos. One is relatively new, and the other is nearing 15 years of ownership now.
Yo photoshop a clutch WC affordable watch 😈🤫
Can’t deny this watch - seemingly brought in a whole era of accessible microbrand chronographs! You always have two wrists, so shouldn’t be hard to find some time 😉

Thanks man - those two watches are gorgeous, the IWC in particular with its warm lume. What B&R model is that?

I’ve jokingly just start it, so I guess you can add your hashtags tomorrow, 😂

Maybe I’ll photoshop a chronograph from Jack Mason’s catalogue to pair with the Watch Crunch Strat-o-timer they did. Could be a fun exercise 🤙

I love a photoshop challenge so ask and ye shall receive. Behold, your WatchCrunch Oyster Perpetual 😬. Maybe they’ll make it an affordable quartz model….

Thanks! It’s official name is the Vintage 126XL but it’s been long removed from their catalogue and they don’t even list it as an archived model.
Being a little more knowledgeable about the watch world now I don’t think I would buy another B&R but honestly this is a nice looking watch and the brown dial makes it kind of unique.
Are we keeping this going for a week? Here's today's from earlier when I was bored and strap changing.

It’s rare to see a watch strap with a diamond stitch pattern - very cool and fitting on a racing chrono!
Not sure if there is enough folks with chronographs to sustain a week… on IG they just had white dial week and many of the folks I follow on there kept it going, but easy with white dials being fairly common.
I'll jump on with a few this week, even my first chrono build.
Awesome! Lol

Is that an Officers Bell & Ross? Gorgeous!
My only one! The Bulova Lunar Pilot
Gotta pull out the camera man! 👍
would come back asap 👍

Watch like this is special - you could say it’s one in a melon 😉

Definitely the first to share one of these! Great color combo with what appears to be that matte olive green dial and black 12-hr bezel. Very cool piece - thanks for sharing! 🍻
Great collection! I think that’s the first Victorinox to pop up! Crazy subdials on that one. Thanks for sharing! 🍻

Thanks! I bought that 13 years ago and wore it everyday for about 10 years (including a deployment to Afghanistan) until I got some nicer watches more recently. I always loved it, but now that I’m into more luxury mechanical watches, it’s been taking a backseat. It’s also a 43mm and is ALL dial since there’s no bezel. But it literally has everything I love in a watch, except a mechanical movement. But it’s nice to throw on when I don’t feel like or have time to wind and set my other watches.
I am more than a little bit jealous. I have the newer intramatic and while I certainly love it, it definitely doesn’t have all the charm this has - especially with that 9 o’clock crown. Thanks for sharing 🍻
Thanks! And great pick on the Intramatic. I love the size and stubby proportions of this one, but learned the hard way just how delicate and difficult to service the old Calibre 11 movements are. That 9-o'clock crown comes with a whole host of problems ;)
Love this collection - you’re hitting all the collector touch points. Very cool G-Shock in the tri-compax layout that meshes well with the others!👌
Thank you!
Going for a focused and cohesive collection for me was harder than I expected. 😅
Today's chrono
bright isnt it, more people should do flourescent straps!
so agree, !
