With Casio excluded my cheapest and most expensive watches are the same exact watch. And that watch is a Vostok Amphibia 420280.

Currently I daily my Casio AE-1200 since in the army you don't want to have an expensive watch that'll get scratched up or damaged and you need the accurate timekeeping of quartz.
