Strap recommendations?

One of the pins in my Vostok's bracelet broke so this is a great moment to try out some straps for it. Trouble being that I don't know any place that'd have good quality straps for watches with an 18 mm lug width that also accommodate my very tiny 14 cm wrist.

I've tried RIOS 1931, but even in the smallest adjustment hole I could fit a few sweaters between my wrist and the watch. Not to mention that the one I have is stiffer than a steel pipe in the winter.

Does anyone here know any good places to get some good straps, preferably in Northern/Central Europe?

Their ribbed NATOs fit a wide range of wrist sizes.

I'm more of a fan of leather straps, but they really seemed to have a good selection. We'll see how they fit when they arrive.
