Who else is into whisky and cigars?

What could be nicer than relaxing with a glass of whiskey, a cigar and a killer watch on your wrist?

What are you guys drinking and what do you smoke?

Looks like a good time.

·

Never touched a cigar, but I occasionally like to drink laphroaig or glenlivet (or any scotch or bourbon for that matter)

·

Willets and Padrons.

·

Years ago, I drank like a fish and smoked plenty of stuff, legal and otherwise.

So I've had to quit all that and it's literal milk and cookies for me now. 🤣

·

Don't smoke, never have. Enjoy whiskey ... and I don't mind the cheap stuff 👍 👍

·

I like Scotch and Whisky, whether it is more mainstream brands (such as those in liquor stores) or the micro distilleries (for gins and beers as well). For cigars, I have about 50-60 of them maturing/being maintained in my humidors, a selection of the cigar aficionado's "top 10" and Cubans (a perk of being Canadian), but have not smoke one since my son was born more than 5 years ago. They are, however, well maintained since I maintain their humidity to optimal levels and they are ready for smoking.

·

A good slug of Ardbeg 10 for me 👌

·

Bourbon and a pipe with a little Nightcap once in a while.

·

A glass of Talisker Skye! My smoking days are over since 2016, doctor’s orders.

·

I have a Perdomo Champagne 10 Anniversary Robosto on tap for after dinner here in about an hour or so. Will pair it with either a Single Malt or an Old Fashioned. And an Omega Seamaster Diver 300M.

·

For me it has to be a nice glass of red wine and a cheese board. No cigar as it would ruin the taste of wine and cheese

I can appreciate a good brandy, (I haven't tried whiskey as of yet,) although, legally, I am not allowed to disclose such. There is a loophole in the South African law that says as long as mommy and daddy watch you, it's okay. So my choice is the excellent Die Mas van Kakamas pot still brandy. This is probably something more exclusive to South Africa from a smaller brewery, but my goodness is it awesome!

Cigars are still a no for me. I'd love to try some one day, but by some miracle my entire family doesn't smoke, so I've never really been exposed to the world of tobacco products. I'll put some Cubans on the shopping list for later.

·

I like highland park 12 or most sweet Irish whiskeys. Cigar wise, I like most Cuban stuff & recently Rocky Patel A10 & Brick House Connecticut.

I was just about to type Laphroaig myself! Have you tried the cask conditioned? I never understood adding water, until the third glass. Lovely but almost burns out the taste buds unless slightly diluted.

·

Lagavulin16. Romeo y Julieta (I don't really smoke, cougars or otherwise, so is easy for me)

·

singleton 18 is really good if anyone else has ever tried it.

Peter Stuyvesant - "the international passport to smoking pleasure"

I'm old enough to remember the tagline!

·

Vape & beer LOL

O yeah!! Just don’t like the price😀

·

I don't smoke, but I am a big whiskey fan.

If I'm drinking Bourbon, it's usually Cask Strength Maker's Mark, Booker's, Angel's Envy, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, or Buffalo Trace.

If I'm drinking Scotch, it's usually Lagavulin 16 year, Talisker 18 year, or Bunnahabhain.

The more peat the better!
