thanks for taking the time to reply. I have managed to source six of these at a decent price. As i understand it, the problem on Nh34 is that more grease is needed on cannon pinion, gmt wheel, setting lever/keyless works and stem. To much friction and smoosh.
for my problem, nh36 damaged by my stupidity. Was very tired and should have gone to bed. However, fitted day corrector wheel upside down, jiggled the crown, smooshed.....
parts arrived yesterday, so will give it a go as soon as I can be bothered as I jus t had an op on my shoulder that will take a bit to fully heal.

I have a supersport true compressor in red dial. Very good watch at a reasonable price. I keep an eye on their website from time to time just in case. ;)
