Just for fun we'll determine Omega's next iconic watch line.

Omega has designed many watches inspired by occupations or activities .  For instance the Speedmaster has a racing heritage.  The Seamaster for scuba diving and water sports.  The Railmaster for keeping the trains on schedule and the Globemaster for travelers.  So you choose the next "______master" line for Omega and tell us what makes it unique.

I will go first with a watch line up called the "Blastmaster" series aimed at those who do demolition work, launch fireworks or police bombsquads .  The watches will have a timer with a chime like an alarm watch that keeps ringing faster as the fuse burns.  The center of the watch will have a blast paint scheme.

The "Spinmaster" for all those in publicity and public relations.  The dial would be hypnotic:

(The others that I thought of were not family friendly.)

·

Did you know that the omega speedmaster was the first watch worn on the moon🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Shouldn't that be the "Master Blaster"?

·

it will be space since they already tried a Peanuts one

·

The Pastamaster.

with a slide rule bezel for timing the perfect pasta.

·

The SpaceTimemaster, with 4D complication, whereby you can feel it on your wrist but it will only be visible once it completes its projection cycle through into your current dimension.

Accuracy is good, +/- 0.05mm in projection through each dimensional shift every cycle. It’s a certified chronometer in a known number of dimensions, but they are working on improving that to include as many unknown dimensions as well.

Only 50m of water resistance though, and mineral crystal, so the purists will be disappointed.

Coming soon / available now / was released a while ago.

Haha great comment but on a serious note I think it would be cool to see a field watch from Omega

·

Maybe they could do a Smart master.

Obviously with a smart watch function but with the regular Omega analogue asthetic and the digital information side of things only linked to your phone or something like that . Everyone, pretty much carry's a mobile device with themselves anyway. Then we could have truly the best of both worlds. ?

·

The Fieldmaster.

' Inspired by James Bond and Omegas history with the British Military, this watch provides everything you could need in the field and nothing more, all wrapped up in Omegas signature high quality finishing. Featuring a black dial and rotating compass bezel, you will be ready for anything life could throw at you'

Or somesuch. Tacticool never goes out of style

·

the Memorymaster.... a watch so pretty you look at it and forget who you are.

Movie tie-in with Jason Bourne.

·

MartiniMaster.

Shaken not stirred.

·

How about the AeroTerra. A good looking all-arounder with flight watch elements, like flieger dials.

·

BaiterMaster, a new outdoor sports watch with functionality designed for fisherman.

Wait…what did you think it was for?

·

The Omega MasterDebater - a watch everyone has an opinion on.

(and no, I will not grow up)

·

The Moneymaster - because the watch shows off just how rich you are.

·

Oh, and Rolex should definitely come out with the Desk Dweller - because let's be honest, that's where watches hang out 90% of the time.

Limited edition NFTMaster? Apparently you can purchase it but you may never actually own it.

·

How about the Grillmaster?

A grease-proof double chronograph?

·

Omega Taskmaster

A very large, angular, gold watch that barks random instructions at you at inappropriate times of the day, and then judges you with a point system of its own choosing, whilst drawing all its power from a secondary, equally large, thinner watch strapped to the underside.

Didn’t do well in the American market, but surprisingly successful in the UK market.

·

Omega Pastmaster.

Only as good as the model that came before it.

·

Omega Postmaster.

Lost during delivery.

·

KinderMaster for teachers with dual time-out counters, but no teachers could afford it, so DOA...

·

The CelestialMaster

a series of Speedmasters that has multiple colourways referencing all the planets and other points of note in the Solar System…

oh wait… that already happened 😉

·

The Omega Gasmaster

Capturing the true smell of time. Disclaimer: don’t smoke around it.

·

The Oilmaster

Lightweight titanium skin diver for shallow dives filled with oil to allow for excellent pressurisation and clarity of dial during dives at all viewing angles. Combination of oil filling, and light titanium, with concave shape case to increase fluid drag and improved buoyancy which either slows sinking or allows watch to float unaided to avoid loss during accidents. Built in Bluetooth, Radio and GPS signal for tracking if lost.

Not all of these are pisstakes.

Ok, fine… or oil-filled diver filled with crude oil. Numerals made with fish bone and has an alarm that sounds like a lost humpback whale. PETA engraved backplate.

·

The Master

Leather, studded, and very sharp crown. Always fits too tight. Only works if you have been a “very good boy”. You never stop paying for this watch.

·

Beastmaster - Attempts to out-tacky the Daytona Leopard with some other exotic motif. Zebra? Giraffe? Liger?

Dungeonmaster - tool watch with impact and thermal shock resistance. Chronograph for metering of punishments or timing sessions. Available on black bund strap in either bridle or patent leather.

Flashmaster - Diamond encrusted case, bracelet, and dial from the factory.

Flexmaster - do they already have a name for their rubber watch bands?

Flymaster - Sorry, not aviation but fly fishing. Has lure chart on dial. Manual wind, crown inspired by fishing rod reel.

Grandmaster - two dials with chess clock function

Jedimaster - Snoopy is replaces with some Star Wars crap. I dunno, lightsaber hands or something?

Stepmaster - automatic watch that displays pedometer step count based on rotor activity.

Surely the Flashmaster is an all-glass exhibition case with a skeleton movement, and runs too fast?

The Beastmaster is just a parrot - give it a cracker and tells the time. Parrot has a British accent.
